Hvar Island was the highlight of our trip to Croatia. We could not have been happier with Apartment Milicic – the position in Podstine Bay was perfect, we loved the short walk by the sea in to town, the ground floor apartment was bright, spacious, clean, modern and peaceful. There is a beautiful beach literally opposite the front door which was a bonus as was perfect for a swim and we loved hearing the sound of water whilst eating breakfast. The terrace was perfect for drinking Croatian wine all afternoon and watching the sunset. We can’t wait to come back next year!

We had a fabulous visit to Hvar which is certainly a magical destination. Our stay in Apartments Milicic was excellent. The apartment is extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated and has all the facilities that one requires. There are places to swim just a few minutes walk away, and the centre of town is an easy and pleasant walk. The Milicic family were very helpful and kind, and we can definitely recommend their apartments as a lovely place to stay.

When we arrived in Hvar we were very pleased with the surroundings, the town itself is absolutely beautiful. The view from our apartment was absolutely stunning as you really are right on the coast line, which has a lovely path around the shore line to the harbour front. The walk is particulary pleasant as it is dotted with nice bars and restaurants on the way. We loved the fact that we got such a great view of the sunsets too, what a bonus!
The apartment itself is really of a high standard. I work in the travel industry myself and I will not hesitate in recommending your apartments to anyone who wishes to visit Hvar.

Siamo stati a Hvar nel 2003 e nel 2005, sempre negli appartamenti della famiglia Milicic. Le case sono semplicemente meravigliose... Paragonate a quelle italiane sono extra lusso. La famiglia e` genitlissima e cordiale e molto disponibile. L'isola e` a dir poco meravigliosa. Non ha nulla a che invidiare alla Sardegna, anzi ....L'ideale e` avere un gommone od una barca. My stay at Apartments Milicic turned out to be the highlight of my travels to Croatia - the family provides lovely accommodations. The view is spectacular, and I often gazed out and wondered if it was all a dream. The distance to Hvar town is ideal - close enough to enjoy a short stroll along the sea to the center of activity, yet still feel tucked away from the crowds in a private setting. On a quiet cove across the street is Podstine Lagoon Beach; secluded and perfect for swimming and sunning.
Hvar is simply a magical place to melt into and surrender to the sun, sea, and tranquility of the islands.

Es war eine herrliche und friedliche Zeit für uns hier in Hvar. Der erste Kroatienurlaub überhaupt und gleich das Paradies entdeckt. Klares, türkisfarbenes Wasser, Sonne und eine traumhalfte luft. Und das größte war unsere Wohnung mit eigener Terrasse und Seeblick. Wir haben hier geschlafen wie die Bären. Und die Menschen hier sind einfach nett.
Morgen fahren wir nach Dubrovnik und nach auf andere Inseln, und wenn es uns nicht geföllt, kommen wir einfach vieder zurück.

We had a spacious, clean ground floor apartment with patio overlooking the water and islands beyond. It was tastefully furnished and quiet. Lovely walk along the beach coves takes you into historic Hvar town. A small market is very close by, so you can set up your kitchen right away.
We were fortunate to have found the Milicic apartments and recommend them highly.

Although seasoned travellers all of us were delighted with out holiday at the Apartments Milicic in Hvar. The location and the view are spectacular, from the large terrace the surrounding vista of the Islands and the bay were stunning. The first sight of the old town of Hvar remains for us a very memorable sight.
As a family with 2 young children this holiday allowed everyone to relax, chill out and enjoy simple, uncomplicated pleasures. We will definitely return, most lightly very soon.

We enjoyed so much our stay in Hvar, wonderful town in Venetian
style, in the streets of which you only want to pass your steps
again and again. If offers many possibilities to have excursions to Dalmatian islands such as Brac, Vis, Korcula…or to visit exceptional
town of Split. If you prefer to have rest, there are also paradise
rocky beaches, in particular Palmizana. We stayed in Hvar at the middle of June: not too many tourist and very sunny weather.
How long you stay here, it will seem to you too short.

Superb apartment with balcony overlooking nearby islands and
boats busy between them. very comfortable with small beaches
nearby.
We like to explore. One needs to hire a car for this. There are lot
of small beaches to be found amongst very rocky coastline.
We enjoyed taxi boats to nearby islands and beaches.
Particularly useful for those without a car.
